Larry Nelson Company
Since 1967, Larry Nelson Company has completed over 200 major projects, consisting of millions of square feet of commercial buildings in and around Central Texas. By avoiding "niche" construction and pursuing projects representing a wide variety of building types and technologies, we have been able to effectively broaden our experience and gain valuable expertise that greatly benefits new clients, regardless of their construction requirements.
By 1976, Larry Nelson was delivering "Design/Build" services to industrial, retail and office clients in the Austin area. An in-house design staff, consisting of three licensed architects and a structural/mechanical designer, delivered "full-service construction technology" to a great many satisfied clients years before the Design/Build Concept gained status as the most favored means for delivering a quality, cost-effective construction project. Larry Nelson Company continues to refine and improve this process.

Incorporated in 2003, Nelson Development Company, Inc. is a commercial developer specializing in the development and marketing of industrial, office, retail and multi-use building space in and around Central Texas.
